At ARCH Offices, the health and safety of our members and employees is our number one priority. As we tread the COVID-19 situation, we are taking the necessary steps to protect the wellbeing of our community.

We are operating business as usual.

With the news of the GCQ being implemented in Metro Manila and other regions last June 1, we have decided to re-open our offices. For us to do so as safely as possible, we will be making some temporary changes in our facilities in accordance with local health authorities and government policies. All the people entering ARCH Offices will need to respect and abide by these policies.

Safe Work Environment

We ensure a safe work environment for your team.

Upon entering, temperature will be checked and everyone will be required to answer the DOH Health Checklist. We have also implemented movement restrictions and physical distancing measures across all our sites to ensure minimal physical contact, with clear information and signage posted in common areas where appropriate to increase COVID-19 awareness among our community.

Enhanced Cleaning Measures

We have enhanced our cleaning measures.

We have amplified cleaning schedules now more than ever to maintain a healthy work environment for our clients and employees. Our disinfection and sanitation efforts will focus on high touchpoint areas such as workstations, countertops, and door handles, among others, to meet global health and safety regulations. Automatic hand sanitizers are also placed on every corner of the office.

Social Distancing Protocols

We have established meeting room safety protocols in accordance with health and safety guidelines. These include the use of spaced seating to ensure a 2-meter distance between individuals and clockwise movement to avoid close contact. Such protocols are also to limit gatherings or meetings of people in close proximity over a prolonged duration.
